With extensive experience in the Lowell and Lawrence communities, she has significantly contributed to their development and growth.
Phelps-El Mernissi holds an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Middlesex Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Phelps-El Mernissi's academic and professional journey is marked by her passion for history and community engagement. She has made notable contributions to exhibits such as "Immigration from the Atlantic Islands to Lowell: Continuity and Change in the Mill City's Portuguese Community" and a tribute to the former St. Joseph's Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. Her meticulous and impactful work in the nonprofit sector is a reflection of this passion.

With extensive experience in marketing, writing, project management, social media management, and communication within the print/graphic design industry, she chose to channel her diverse skill set into helping organizations achieve their goals. Her adaptability, organizational prowess, and most importantly, her empathy and understanding enable her to support her clients with confidence, patience, and expertise.
Diliberto holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts of Lowell and is passionate about serving the community.
Together with her business partner, Kady, she recognized their combined potential to create tools and provide services that help organizations optimize their operations with compassion, structure, and insight.
Kady and Angela's collaboration began long before the inception of AoK Grant Writing & Communications. Their journey as cousins and lifelong friends started in 1993, laying the foundation for a solid, enduring partnership that seamlessly transitioned into their professional endeavors.
